What we collect
Details you send us: name, phone, email, company, and shipment documents such as invoices, bills of lading and identification numbers needed for customs declarations.
Why we use it
To answer enquiries, prepare quotes, clear and move your cargo, meet legal and customs record-keeping obligations, and keep you updated.
Who we share it with
Only those who need it to complete your shipment: Ghana Revenue Authority and other agencies, terminal operators, shipping lines, airlines, hauliers and destination agents. We do not sell personal data.
Website forms
When you submit a form, your details are sent by email to our team at info@7asfreight.com and 7astrust@gmail.com, and a backup copy is kept in a private, access-restricted file on our web server for up to 12 months so no request is lost. If you give an email address, we send you an automatic confirmation with your reference number. We record the page you sent the form from and your IP address to prevent spam and abuse.
Retention and security
We keep shipment records for as long as customs and tax law requires and protect them with appropriate access controls.
Your rights
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you may ask to access or correct your personal data. Email us to make a request.
